Very Good

It's a very nice and cozy little place. Hotel staff are always friendly and helpful. The view of a room with a terrace was astonishing. The pool was always clean and well-maintained. The room cleaning was pretty good. It was an amazing place to stay at the end of the season.

The hotel might require a few final touches in terms of building maintenance. The drain in the shower was pretty weak and it takes a couple of minutes to have hot water. An old air conditioner was fighting for its survival in the August heat.

A very quiet, lovely hotel above the hustle and bustle of the city that’s great for a nice break.

Very clean - room was very comfortable and bright

The AC didnt get quite so cold and was a bit loud (I’m American so we are a bit precious about AC :))

Great service, good location!

Staff are very helpful and friendly, pool area is nice and location is very close to the old town/port.

The air-conditioning had an issue and was very noisy for 2 nights of our stay but we were moved for the last night to an upgraded room with terrace for the trouble.

Great staff and location. Rooms need some work and not 4 star.

The staff were really kind and we thought they were really helpful and gave some great tips! the location was great close to the old town and also beach.

however the room was not a suite and very dated and old as we had more than 2 people. It was not super clean and also lots of mosquitoes. We changed rooms on the last night and it was a double room and much better. It was definitely not 4 star. More like 3 star for sure

Very conveniently located to the old city. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Room was small and decor of the facility was very plain. When asked about restaurant recommendations, the staff kept suggesting the hotel's sister restaurant which has not been well rated in reviews.

The room we had was very small with not much natural light so we didn’t spend much time in it. It was also right by the reception so we could hear a lot of noise with people coming and going. I would say for the price we expected a bit more

The best hotel in Cannes I have stayed in.

This is one of the best hotels in Cannes I have stayed in. The location and the hotel are amazing. What made it the best experience, was the staff, who were so Amazing and friendly. The best staff, I have ever encountered. The best customer service I have come across. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Is phenomenal.

3 star experience packed in a 4 star price

The location is good, 5min to the Casino. The bed is confortable but short, we slept with the feet in the air. The staff is proactive.

The room wass the smallest in the hotel max.13-14sqm, no hair dryer and no heating in the small bathroom. I choosed the hotel for the location and the views in the pictures…I got a demisol backyard view. You must provide more pictures to let people see what they receive. We did not had hot or even warm water and we took a cold shower. They fixed the issue later. The breakfast was not a buffet, poor for 20€/pers, we had cheese omlette, coffe, water and a croissant). No fruits or juice or something else like an olive or a slice of ham. We parked the car on the street as the indoor parking lot is small, the cost is 25€ for 24hours. So too expensive for what they provide, Is not a 4star definetely, not the room we had.

Fantastic location, nice and well equipped hotel with parking place, small terraces and pool. And unbelievable staff - we forgot a teddy bear and they send it to my address in Latvia! This made a day of my son! We will definitely come back!

The hotel was really nice, the bed was comfortable and worth the price and also the stuff was really kind especially Jonny .It has a really good location like 5min walk from the local market. I recommend it 100 percent.

Would recommend for a quieter part of Cannes but not too far from the crowds

Very clean and lovely helpful staff. Room was upgraded due to off peak season so they had availability. As you walk out you can just cross the bridge and walk down a lovely quiet cobble hill full of restaurants and then you are in the busy part of Cannes.

Quite a walk from the station but fine if you haven’t got big luggage

Can't define as luxurious, but is clean & comfortable. The staff, specifically Johnny are awesome

Location was great, clean & Johnny did a great job making sure that we had a great & comfortable stay.

Not good value for money (for what we paid), but it is understandable considering our stay was during MIPCOM & all hotel rates skyrocket.

Definitely recommend this hotel!

The welcoming was very warm and really made us happy after a long trip to get there. The rooms are lovely and the location is perfect, walking distance from most places. I would recommend taking the suite if you can.

The breakfast was too expensive for what it was
